Responsibilities
Participate in business analysis activities to drive key business decisions and translate them into specific technical requirements
Develop and standardize programs to automate processes within different business units, enhancing efficiency
Present fully vetted initiatives with accurate due diligence and risk assessment
Maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a financial reporting structure within the company using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate
Create apps and reporting systems for forecasting future financial data and productivity
Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
Enhance existing reporting and analytics by gathering user feedback and incorporating it to redesign, improve, merge, or add new content into existing BI reports
Collaborate with the executive team to develop analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business results
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values and expertise in the electrical contracting sector
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to conduct due diligence and risk assessment
Exemplary integrity and ethics when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in working independently and in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering impactful presentations
Ability to manipulate data, create tables and update reports
1-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Certificate in Data Analytics, Data Management, or equivalent certificate, preferred
