Responsibilities
Provide litigation support for large class action cases (low volume, high complexity)
Manage case calendars in Outlook; ensure compliance with court orders
Handle T&E expense reporting for the class action team
Assist with attorney time submissions into the system
Prepare for depositions and trial exhibits
Perform electronic filing (federal courts)
Format and draft briefs as needed
Utilize technology tools: eCase, Adobe Pro, and advanced Word/Excel (including pivot tables)
Support trial preparation and exhibit organization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of litigation experience (must understand litigation processes)
Federal litigation experience (major plus; most cases are federal)
Strong case management skills, especially for class actions
Proficiency in Outlook calendaring, Word, and Excel
Experience with electronic filing and tech tools
Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed
