Start in 2026A Igreja de Jesus Cristo dos Santos dos Últimos Dias is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Intern to join their team at FamilySearch International, the largest genealogy organization in the world. This role focuses on assisting in the creation of content and managing marketing communication channels to enhance user engagement along the customer journey.

Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance checks on all channels including email, notifications, mobile push, etc
Work cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders to gather content for marketing communications such as the email newsletter
Develop lifecycle-focused plans to support division and organizational campaigns (such as “Light the World”)
Manage channel(s) including creation of content calendar, execution of sends, and performance reports
Assist in collecting and reviewing user feedback
Report on performance of campaigns, content, etc
Write copy for marketing communications that clearly and concisely articulates a cohesive message across several channels including email, SMS, and notifications
Qualification
Required
Working towards or recently finished a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communication
Education or work experience with marketing tools such as Braze
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (able to communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-disciplined, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
Excellent attention to detail and great organizational skills
Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter
