This role involves owning the topology strategy, site selection, and optimization for Amazon's delivery station planning while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

Own mid to long term topology strategy, site selection, site approval process, short and long term build plan management, and topology optimization engine for Amazon delivery station planning
Work with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions like outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning
Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the process, creating additional value, and driving automation
Leverage data-driven models to develop long-term AMZL build plans and lead scenario analysis to guide decision making as teams drive towards your plan
Develop business cases for innovative delivery solutions, automate manual processes, and/or develop new modelling solutions for the network

Required

3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
2+ years of supply chain experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
