Responsibilities
Manage small to large creative projects, including physical productions
Develop, maintain, and improve internal operations & workflows
Line produce / production accounting
Create production budgets
Manage vendor payments
Book production crews
Liaise between Clients and Company
Handle contracts, timesheets, and payroll
QuickBooks data entry
Create calendars and schedules
Coordinate and produce stage rentals, remote productions and events
Coordinate assets, resources and rentals with Vendors
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated creative problem solver
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle diverse responsibilities
Experience in producing and managing numerous productions
Ownership of complex creative projects
Experience booking crew & contractors
Understanding of contracts and negotiation of deals
Highly detail oriented
Experience creating line item budgets
Experience tracking expenses and paying vendors
Strong grasp of creative workflows
Experience in studio organization and standard operating procedures
Client management skills
Ability to manage day-to-day organization for the business
Experience working closely with leadership teams
Ability to prepare and/or lead various creative projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely detail oriented
Skilled at overall organization & creating/maintaining systems
Excellent front facing skills in dealing with clients
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Team player
Computer savvy
Ability to use Google Business Suite at a high level (Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.)

Experience working in a similar capacity
Bachelor's Degree required
