Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain high performance C++ software for radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction and processing, and radar control processing components
Participate in design and code reviews actively providing and receiving constructive feedback to foster a continuous improvement mindset and strengthen the quality of our products
Collaborate with team leads to translate customer needs into actionable Agile tasks and actively participate in sprint planning, story break downs, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
Verify and interpret software changes, including regression testing, to ensure modifications produce intended system behavior
Analyze system level data to build confidence before delivering solutions to customers and downstream teams
Maintain and improve legacy codebases by applying and promoting software engineering practices
Support automation, regression testing, and tooling improvements

Required

Preferred

Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
Systems Engineering experience, MBSE, UML, SysML and Cameo
Strong mathematics background in linear algebra, statistical analysis and signal processing
Functional knowledge of Radar systems, subsystems and designs with familiarity of design tools for radar modeling
Radar systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation
Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Active DoD Secret level clearance or higher
