Responsibilities
Participate in change control and product quality improvement activities to ensure continuous improvement
Collect and record process changes to ensure adherence to Quality requirements
Analyze and present quality control data to the engineering team to support informed decision-making
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and generate reports
Support internal audits of wafer fabrication processes, equipment parameters, manufacturing operations, factory facilities, and incoming materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align factory operations with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards
Conduct and maintain documentation and paperwork relevant to day-to-day quality control activities
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Engineering with an emphasis on Quality Control and Analysis or related field is required
Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and the ability to analyze quality-related data
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards and their application in factory operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with teams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a cleanroom or advanced manufacturing environment if needed
No additional physical requirements beyond common tasks such as extended walking, standing, or bending
