Crossover is a company operating Montessorium, a K–6 Montessori elementary program. The School Operations Coordinator will oversee non-classroom functions, manage campus operations, and ensure a smooth admissions process while maintaining a welcoming environment for families.

Responsibilities

Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals

Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and confidently guide families toward commitment

Implement safety procedures and drills, record incidents, and ensure flawless compliance

Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main technology contact

Organize and lead open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a refined, inviting lens

Provide coverage during temporary staffing shortages by supervising K–6 students (ages 5–13)—managing recess, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support, not teaching
