Responsibilities

Facilitating discussions between divisions and partners to develop aligned business processes

Performing gap analysis and documenting comprehensive business requirements, such as process flows, business rules, interface design, data analysis and data mapping in collaboration with subject matter experts and IT stakeholders

Solution design: define design options, analyze potential value, recommend solutions, specify and model requirements, etc

Testing: create test scenarios/scripts (for functional, negative and regression testing) and execute testing in various environments

Training: create related documentation and training for both internal and external customers/users
