Responsibilities
Replying to prospective family outreach within 24 hours using clear, warm, and Alpha-consistent messaging
Organizing and delivering admissions programming, including campus tours and shadow day experiences
Ensuring applicant records remain current and accurate across admissions platforms and CRM systems
Conducting family meetings to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to inquiries, and capture input
Collaborating with campus leadership and admissions colleagues to ensure continuous progress for every family
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Prior involvement in admissions events or parent engagement initiatives
Adaptability in dynamic, technology-forward environments
