Senior Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain benefits programs across multiple countries
Partner with regional HR teams to ensure compliance and market competitiveness
Serve as subject matter expert on global benefits laws and regulations
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, GDPR, and other international requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness
Administer executive-level benefits programs, including supplemental retirement and deferred compensation plans
Provide guidance on compliance and governance for executive benefits
Assist with expatriate programs, relocation benefits, and tax equalization processes
Conduct benefits due diligence during acquisitions
Develop and execute integration plans for acquired entities
Manage global benefits budgets and ensure alignment with organizational financial goals
Partner with FP&A and other Finance professionals to ensure budget accuracy and forecasting
Deliver trend analysis and actionable recommendations to the Director, Global Total Rewards & People Solutions
Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants
Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on cost analysis and compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration with global scope
Expertise in international benefits compliance and executive benefits programs
Experience with global mobility and M&A integration strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of global benefits laws and regulations
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred

Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or equivalent
