Responsibilities
Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and confidently guide families toward commitment
Implement safety procedures and drills, record incidents, and ensure flawless compliance
Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main technology contact
Organize and lead open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a refined, inviting lens
Provide coverage during temporary staffing shortages by supervising K–6 students (ages 5–13)—managing recess, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support, not teaching
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
Clear ownership mentality and the drive to tackle challenges without waiting for direction
Outstanding communication abilities and elevated emotional intelligence
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
Ability to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or openness to relocating
Preferred
Interest in Montessori elementary education (previous familiarity is helpful, but not required)
