Responsibilities
Quality Assessment: Curate and evaluate visual designs and AI-generated outputs against established technical rubrics
Rationale Documentation: Provide expert written rationale for grading decisions to help refine AI model performance
Figma Execution: Utilize advanced Figma features (components, auto-layout, tokens) to refine layouts and demonstrate standardized UI patterns
Strategic Feedback: Contribute professional insights to improve design clarity and feedback loops for the project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features such as components, auto-layout, and tokens
Ability to evaluate visual designs and AI-generated outputs against established technical rubrics
Strong written communication skills for rationale documentation
Capacity to manage a workload of 30–40 hours per week
Ability to work independently while adhering to security standards
