Responsibilities

Lead identity engagements from discovery through solution design, implementation, and closeout

Act as the technical and consultative lead across workforce IAM, IGA, PAM, and entitlement governance

Drive identity assessments, technical roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned to business and security priorities

Lead and optimize implementations across leading identity platforms based on client scope and requirements

Design and implement workforce identity capabilities including:

SSO, MFA, conditional access

Identity lifecycle automation

Federation patterns (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)

Support PAM initiatives including privileged lifecycle controls, vaulting, JIT access models, and workflows

Support governance initiatives such as access requests, access reviews/certifications, role and policy modeling, and audit-ready outcomes

Plan and execute directory and cloud identity modernization efforts, including hybrid integration and migrations

Troubleshoot complex identity infrastructure issues and provide advanced technical guidance

Develop identity standards, policies, procedures, and documentation

Perform technical health checks across identity platforms and environments

Support client discovery conversations and help qualify identity needs

Contribute to engagement scoping and proposal development

Represent identity capabilities during client-facing discussions

Mentor consultants across multiple identity workstreams

Contribute to the evolution and maturity of identity service offerings

Share best practices and act as a subject-matter expert within the practice

Required

5+ years of experience across one or more of: Workforce IAM, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Access / entitlement governance

Proven consulting experience leading client identity engagements end-to-end

Deep understanding of: SSO, MFA, directory services, Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), Identity lifecycle automation and provisioning/deprovisioning, Cloud identity platforms

Experience supporting complex identity lifecycle scenarios across SaaS, cloud, and enterprise environments

Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

Proficiency with REST APIs and scripting; strong technical documentation skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and delivery leadership capabilities

Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical identity concepts into business outcomes

At least one current identity-related certification
