Benefits Manager - Human Resources
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits administration and will be responsible for managing various employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and NQDC plans
Prepare and file Form 5500 accurately and in a timely manner
Support annual benefits open enrollment processes and respond to employee inquiries
Work closely with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits operations
Conduct benefits audits and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records in HRIS systems
Assist with benefits reporting, data analysis, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with benefits administration and Form 5500 filings
Strong working knowledge of NQDC plans and FSA account management
Prior experience supporting benefits functions in a large corporate setting
3-5+ years of benefits administration experience
Solid understanding of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws
Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
