Responsibilities

Provides front-line customer service and essential clerical and administrative support to the Facilities Operations division
Serves as a key point of contact for internal customers, external vendors, and campus stakeholders while supporting daily office operations, workforce coordination, and emergency response activities
Maintains regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance as an essential job duty
Creates and maintains collegial, harmonious working relationships with others

Required

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

Preferred

At least one year of clerical or administrative experience
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in a facilities, operations, construction, or service-oriented environment
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
License or Certificate (see special instructions for submission instructions)
Proof of Veteran Status
