Responsibilities
Lead pioneering product development for AI-driven clinical trials transformation
Guide a team of product managers to invent and simplify on behalf of pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and clinical operations teams
Define novel, generative AI agent-based experiences that help accelerate the path from discovery to treatment
Drive innovation by reimagining how clinical evidence is generated and how trial operations are managed
Replace fragmented manual processes with intelligent, continuously learning systems
Define key product directions, adopting or inventing new machine learning techniques, reimagining user workflows and experiences, and fundamentally changing how life-saving therapies reach patients
Qualification
Required
7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
Experience with clinical development workflows, including evidence generation, data transformation, or clinical operations
Demonstrated understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory submissions, and clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM)
Preferred
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Biostatistics, Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
Track record of successful product launches that leverage ML/AI technologies
Strong technical background with ability to evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to technical discussions around clinical data systems and agentic AI
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with research scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
Proven ability to translate complex clinical and regulatory concepts into clear product requirements and user experiences
