Responsibilities
Support project management, architecture design, implementation, and operations in one or more of the following areas:
Fab-related system operation/troubleshooting
Continuous knowledge base establishing
AI-driven system integration and fully utilizing the given platform
Prompt engagement with fab users to meet business purposes
Following standard procedures to conduct system changes
Assist continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence
Conduct research and adopt new IT technologies to enhance productivity
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to address business needs and resolve technical issues
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Network Engineering, Programming and Software Development, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis
Strong communication skills
Proficient in SQL skill at an intermediate or advanced level
Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving across diverse IT systems and environments
Effective communication and presentation skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Must be willing to work on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona facility
Need to be able to work night shifts (6pm to 6am)
Preferred
Industry certifications such as Java/Python/JavaScript, LLM, or Machine Learning
