Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-based reading sessions for small groups of gifted K-2 students
Leverage storytelling and interactive approaches to drive learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional benchmarks
Monitor student advancement and adjust workshops dynamically to address the specific needs of each cohort
Provide individualized and small group coaching to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
Background working with gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning tools and analyzing student performance data
Strong instructional presence with the capacity to captivate young learners through voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
