They are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Assessment Specialist to conduct thorough inspections and ensure residential properties meet high standards, while also performing light maintenance and serving as the company's representative on-site.

Responsibilities

Conduct and prepare thorough inspections of both occupied and unoccupied residential properties

Capture detailed photos and provide detailed written documentation of property conditions

Utilize special equipment and tools to test and evaluate various property components

Verify the completion and quality of work performed by third-party vendors

Identify safety hazards, property damage, and potential future maintenance issues

Perform light maintenance including lock changes and small repairs

Post eviction notices on properties in compliance with company protocols and legal requirements

Create efficient commuting routes by prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency

Serve as the company’s representative in the field and meet with third-party individuals

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
