Responsibilities
Support post-deployment activities during the decommissioning phase
Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution and stakeholder queries
Monitor and manage hypercare activities to ensure smooth transition
Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference
Communicate regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure timely escalation when needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years in hypercare or post-implementation support roles
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills with experience in issue resolution during transitions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
familiarity with telecom or IT systems
