They are seeking a Healthcare Operations Project Manager to oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timely delivery, and budget adherence while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, define project scopes, and set deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects

Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and monitor project expenses to maximize ROI

Develop project schedules, track progress, monitor budgets, and manage timelines

Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise

Develop project schedules, Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present findings to senior management

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership or technical teams

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve project efficiency

Provide regular updates to project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. Maintain clear documentation and status reports

Ensure project outcomes comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/HITRUST), IT security policies, and internal quality standards

Monitor all projects schedule and document outcomes and requirements to assure regulatory and internal compliance

Required

A bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is typically required

3+ years' experience in healthcare project management, operations, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams

Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis software and systems

Strong collaborative and communication skills; ability to work in fast paced setting, addressing a variety of tasks and individual administrative needs

High level of accountability and initiative; needs to be a self-starter and eager to do team work to support the organization as a whole

Excellent interpersonal skills must demonstrate professionalism, courteous and respectful attitude in dealing with patients, team members, families and significant others
