They are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Module Lead to conduct business requirements analysis, strategize performance testing, and ensure product functionality through comprehensive testing and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Conduct business requirements analysis, define non-functional requirements, and perform test scenarios

Analyze and strategize performance testing scope and prepare test strategy for performance and load testing

Create test scripts, create test infrastructures, prepare test scenarios, and execute and analyze test execution results

Prepare detailed performance analysis reports that will inform the systems development lifecycle

Create reports on parameters such as productivity, quality, delivered quantity, SLA, etc. to ensure systems operate according to specification

Review test scripts and upload test scripts to the HP-ALM

Prepare detailed performance analysis reports that inform the systems development lifecycle

Review outcomes with system technology and business stakeholders and communicate directly with stakeholders regarding performance analysis

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure environment issues and performance defects are timely rectified

Support product deployment

Validate functionality of the product and ensure that existing functionalities are not impacted due to newly added features

Strategize test plans for multiple products and optimize test coverage

Complete Root Cause Analysis and recommend solutions and conduct periodic demonstrations for review of existing solutions to ensure functionality

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Quality Assurance Module Lead, Team Lead, or in a related position

Experience must include: CSG, ICOMS, Provisioning & Service Activation of multiple LOBs (Internet/WiFi/Video/Voice), Activation Clients (TM, AgentOS, Self-Install), Octane, CAMP, CE and IOT
