Responsibilities
Supports Logistics Manager in clarifying customer requirements and specifications, during the request for proposal and proposal
Designs and develops the technical specifications, timeline, milestones and budget needed in the project
Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders
Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors
Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives
Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs
Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results
Ensure proper documentation of project results, and of all products, services or technologies delivered
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and at least 2-4 years' experience focusing on and identifying suppliers
Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments
Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues
