Qualification
Required
Experience in banking or consumer financial services within a large law firm setting
Requires substantive experience advising on federal and state statutes such as TILA, ECOA, or the Bank Secrecy Act
Must hold a J.D. with strong academic credentials and an active membership in the Texas State Bar
