They are seeking Small Business Banking Analyst Interns to support deposit account onboarding, client servicing, and operational support while gaining hands-on experience in financial services.

Responsibilities
Prepare and audit business account onboarding packages for accuracy and completeness
Monitor and track onboarding workflows using internal systems
Generate reports on onboarding status, pipeline activity, and client and Relationship Manager engagement metrics
Participate in business reviews to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in financial services
Client interaction skills
Internal process management skills
Ability to prepare and audit business account onboarding packages for accuracy and completeness
Ability to monitor and track onboarding workflows using internal systems
Ability to generate reports on onboarding status, pipeline activity, and client and Relationship Manager engagement metrics
Ability to participate in business reviews to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Willingness to participate in a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, financial literacy training courses, and Corporate Finance Institute trainings
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity and coordination while operating standard office equipment
