The role involves managing unemployment claims, supporting visa documentation, and processing data within the Human Resources Management System.

Responsibilities

Manages unemployment claims and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
Processes unemployment tax filings and maintains accurate reporting
Tracks and audits the Multiple Component of Pay (MCOP) programs
Supports visa and immigration documentation and compliance processing
Collaborates with third party vendors to bring on Contingent Workers and submit appropriate onboarding paperwork
Coordinates ShiftWise clearance and communicates with staffing agencies to ensure compliance and timely onboarding of these colleagues
Provides first level HR support and maintains confidentiality in all transactions
Overall data transaction processing and reporting within PeopleSoft (Data Entry)
High volume phone contact with employees
Review, verify, and reconcile incoming employment and personnel actions documentation
Conduct post audit reviews of related processes

Required

High school degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years' experience in a data processing or customer service role

Preferred

Associates degree or higher
Knowledge of PeopleSoft management system
Bilingual (Spanish)
