Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build foundational competencies in phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster lifelong enthusiasm for reading
Examining student performance data to systematically improve your methods and identify actionable insights
Working with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy platforms

Qualification

Advanced certification in reading instructionAI/adaptive learning platformsConducting small-group reading interventionsEvaluating reading levelsCreating differentiated instruction

Required

Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions for early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and responsive to student interactions within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; San Francisco, CA; or New York City, NY
