Responsibilities
Coordinate patient services, communication, and follow-up for individuals receiving psychiatric or complex medical care
Serve as a collaborative administrative partner to psychiatry providers, nursing staff, and front/back office teams
Maintain timely, accurate documentation and organize information to support continuity of care
Manage multiple priorities, handle sensitive interactions professionally, and support overall clinic operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of experience in mental health, psychiatry, complex medical, or healthcare administration, or equivalent combination
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professional boundaries
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English
Preferred
Experience working within a psychiatry or behavioral health setting or complex medical unit
Understanding of healthcare delivery systems and sensitivity to mental health treatment stigma
Familiarity with supporting transitional-aged populations
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable managing difficult situations calmly and professionally
