Responsibilities

Partner with Procurement teams and suppliers to ensure a steady flow of materials across all sites without overcapitalizing inventory

Support spare parts fulfillment by managing material demand signals using MRP software

Anticipate stock requirements based on current operations and future site or functional needs

Analyze inventory levels to support both increased and reduced demand scenarios

Execute inventory transactions, including material movements and inter-site transfers

Analyze inventory across multiple sites to identify imbalances, risks, and optimization opportunities

Partner with SPL and Meta’s Infrastructure Business Operations Services (IBOS) Central team to review site Materials Stock Locations (MSLs) and close identified gaps

Collaborate with SPL, IBOS Central, Engineering, and FacOps teams to resolve operational and system-related material issues

Facilitate review and reclassification of materials with cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance materials planning, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency

Automate tactical and repetitive activities to improve productivity and scalability
