Responsibilities
Integrate and manage SAP S/4HANA logistics functionalities
Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping processes
Generate shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices
Ensure compliance with labeling and shipping regulations
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module
Familiarity with Transportation Management (TM) for shipping integration
Strong understanding of entire Order-to-Cash processes
Proficiency in Ship ERP Core functionalities
Preferred
Experience with multi-carrier shipping integration (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
Ability to perform rate shopping, freight quoting, and carrier service selection
Experience in shipment creation/cancellation within SAP
Knowledge of HAZMAT labeling and compliance
Ability to configure RF process integration and Track & Trace within SAP delivery transactions
