Responsibilities

Launch Alpha's flagship Houston campus: Execute Alpha's three core promises for 100 plus students from day one with operational excellence in every area

Facilitate live workshops with K through 12 students on life skills: Conduct compelling one-hour sessions covering public speaking, growth mindset, giving and receiving feedback. Apply Alpha's playbook to ensure students develop skills traditional schools overlook while staying engaged

Drive every student to 100 percent goal achievement: Create individualized motivational frameworks for each student. Deploy data-driven methods to address resistance and maintain student engagement with the Alpha platform. Success is defined by every student reaching their goals

Develop Guides through coaching: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint performance gaps. Provide clear, actionable feedback during coaching sessions and monitor progress. Hold your team accountable through logic and objectivity, not empathy that undermines standards

Execute data-driven campus leadership: Evaluate performance across staff, operations, parent engagement, and culture. Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, consult stakeholders, implement measurable solutions. Monitor every decision and refine based on outcomes

Uphold excellence without exception: Establish and sustain Alpha's quality standards for students and staff. Make difficult decisions when performance is inadequate. Model the standard of excellence on your campus
