Assistant Customer Account Manager
Bridgeway is a rapidly growing Pittsburgh based company that is among the country’s largest specialty transportation providers. The Assistant Customer Account Manager is responsible for entering freight orders into the Transportation Management System and ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth freight operations.

Responsibilities
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
Answer phones and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers and drivers providing concise instruction and/or information through verbal and written communication methods
Escalates all non-routine customer inquiries appropriately to solve operational issues
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Assist the settlements manager with any special projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service setting
Good problem solving skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service in a demanding and fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent task organization skills and ability to multitask
Above average numeracy/mental math skills
Preferred
College Degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred
Direct experience in transportation/logistics is strongly preferred
