Responsibilities

Support the Brand Strategy Lead in driving best-in-class marketing that grows the category and brand
Write strong briefs
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates across markets
Influence communications strategy
Accelerate consumer insights research
Create monthly newsletters
Conduct brand and category analysis
Prepare campaign results reports
Develop strategic briefs that drive new household growth
Span product and feature naming initiatives
Conduct market research to identify differentiation opportunities
Perform competitive positioning studies
Translate insights into strategic frameworks and presentations
Contribute to AI agent development by learning marketing workflows
Develop training templates
Curate knowledge sources
Test performance
Evaluate market trends that impact brand perception
Support documentation that enhances brand equity and drives long-term customer loyalty across all touchpoints

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
Experience with AI and demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools effectively
1-3 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or related role

Preferred

Experience in consumer electronics or technology sector
Experience with brand strategy
Experience in a marketing focused role including customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation reporting, customer funnel analysis, and top-line sales performance
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience managing and analyzing all pillars of insight and analytics: brand equity & health, A&U studies, consumer engagement, product benefits importance, Innovation perception, content viewing behavior and cultural trends
Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
