This role is responsible for ensuring all vehicle deals are accurately processed, funded, and titled in compliance with dealership and state requirements.

Responsibilities
Process and submit new and used vehicle titles and registrations
Post deals, funding, and payoffs in the dealership DMS
Reconcile sales, receivables, and flooring
Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Work with lenders, DMVs, and internal teams to resolve title and funding issues
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualification
Required
3+ years dealership title or automotive accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
Preferred
Experience with dealership DMS - DealerTrack is a plus
