Squishable is a close-knit team of designers and artists creating adorable plush products. They are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, motivate sales teams, and enhance customer experiences in their retail store.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively

Motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, and training new staff

Opening and closing the market shop (at times on your own) and being responsible for the accurate handling of day-start/day-end cash

Ensuring accurate maintenance of inventory levels and punctual restocking of merchandise on the floor

Maintaining a high level of merchandise presentation

Maintain enthusiasm and motivation in the shop and ensure a fun and memorable environment is created

Assist in all types of POS transactions and inquiries

Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards

Required

2-3 years of retail management experience
