Responsibilities
Design and Develop Training Content: Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, videos, and job aids using instructional design best practices
Maintain and Enhance Materials: Regularly review, update, and improve training content to reflect changes in policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): Upload, maintain, and optimize training content to ensure a smooth user experience, accurate employee tracking, and effective troubleshooting
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions that align with key organizational initiatives
Facilitate Learning Sessions: Lead virtual and in-person training sessions on topics such as leadership development, compliance, technical skills, and professional growth
Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Measure training outcomes using assessments, surveys, and feedback to improve content and delivery
Stay Current with Learning Trends: Research and apply the latest instructional design techniques, technologies, and best practices, including AI applications, to enhance training programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions
Experience working with web development tools, authoring tools, e-learning technologies, and Adobe Suite
Experience using Articulate
Proven success creating training programs and content
Must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment in accordance with regulatory requirements
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to visit regional offices, engage with remote employees, attend meetings, conferences, training, and other work-related events
