Responsibilities

Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
Creating personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and extract actionable findings
Working alongside engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
