Handle insurance litigation matters from pleadings through resolution
Draft motions, discovery, and coverage-related filings
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court and participate in hearings and conferences
Work directly with partners on case strategy
Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Manage an active caseload with autonomy and support
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of litigation experience
Experience with insurance litigation; coverage experience is a plus
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Comfort managing files and appearing in court
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Active bar admission required (NJ required; NY a plus)
Candidates without litigation experience will not be considered
