Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using office management software
Support HR functions including onboarding, maintaining employee records, timecard calculations, payroll tax calculations and remittance, strong follow-up skills, confidentiality and attention to detail needed
Provide customer support via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
