They are seeking a Production Associate for their night shift operations, responsible for operating equipment, monitoring production quality, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities
Operate fabrication equipment with little or no assistance after having been properly trained
Maintain a rapid pace in packing extruded parts into the box or crate
Monitor parts counts in each box or container
Perform set-up and finishing work including construction of packaging materials, disposal of scrap and product labeling
Assist with quality checks of extruded and fabricated parts
Work in a safe manner, reporting safety risks, and keeping work areas clean
Maintain accurate records of work performed including operator reports, safety check sheets, etc
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be able to understand written and verbal instruction and following operating procedures
Must be able to learn and retain information on products, operating procedures, quality requirements, set-ups, etc
Must work well in a team setting
Must be able to lift loads up 50 pounds and assist coworkers with heavier loads
Must be able to work on your feet for an 12 hour shift
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Some manufacturing or assembly experience desirable
