Responsibilities

Manage projects that involve multiple service divisions to ensure seamless coordination and delivery
Communicate with clients to manage expectations, delivery dates, and costs, ensuring client requirements are met
Oversee the timely delivery of infrastructure components according to client specifications
Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager, Development Manager, CTO, and Core Team to define infrastructure vision and secure client requirements
Support continuous infrastructure improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals
Handle routine client requests and address any issues or concerns promptly
Track and manage infrastructure implementation tasks for business-driven projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards

Qualification

Infrastructure project managementClient relationship managementBachelor's degree in IT6 years infrastructure experienceEffective communication

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in an infrastructure role
Strong experience in managing complex infrastructure projects across multiple service divisions
Proven ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and handle client requests and escalations
