Start in 2026 SummerUSTA National Campus is the national governing body for the sport of tennis, dedicated to promoting its growth across the United States. The Pro Circuit intern will support event planning and logistics for the US Open, assisting with various administrative tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful tournament operations.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and preparation for the US Open, including updating and maintaining the Tournament Director’s Guide with up-to-date information and procedures
Provide administrative support to the US Open Wheelchair Tournament staff, helping with event logistics and ensuring smooth operations for participants and staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all event components are aligned and executed effectively
Assist with the preparation of materials, including schedules, event guides, and communications for tournament staff, participants, and volunteers
Help with the coordination of logistics for tournament events, ensuring all operational aspects are in place for a seamless experience
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
A keen interest in event planning, sports operations, and the tennis industry
Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
