Responsibilities

Oversees and maintains high standards of cleanliness in all casino operations and venues

Trains and coaches EVS Attendants to ensure they efficiently meet cleanliness standards

Ensures the productivity of the shift personnel and tracks staff time schedules to ensure proper coverage

Performs a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal

Identifies and coordinates maintenance repairs with the shift supervisor to ensure timely fixes

Performs basic maintenance on EVS equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and extractors

Assists guests by answering questions and providing directions

Qualification

Required

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
