Creating and executing implementation plans tailored to each district that maximize adoption of our MTSS framework
Facilitating professional development sessions that equip and inspire educators to use our solution effectively
Tracking implementation milestones and interpreting student performance data to confirm districts meet their objectives
Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support systems
Conducting on-site training that strengthens relationships with essential stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
Proven experience interpreting student performance data and delivering actionable recommendations
Based in the United States with willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site training
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
