Senior Sales Enablement Manager

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will build scalable, role-specific enablement programs to help customer-facing teams grow and perform, while optimizing sales processes and increasing effectiveness in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

Create prospect/customer focused sales collateral (product and value-driven) that supports the full sales cycle and enables high-impact, transformative customer conversations
Design and deliver structured coaching programs to uplevel sales representatives in MEDDPICC, SPIN, GreatDemo! and Sandler methodologies, improving discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills. Establish a consistent cadence for ongoing training and reinforcement
Dive deep into Gong sales calls understanding gaps in talk tracks around competition, product, value prop and messaging. Develop targeted, ad hoc enablement programs to address identified areas of improvement
Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives, translating product launches, marketing messaging, and customer insights into actionable training and sales resources
Develop and facilitate sales training for new hires and existing team members, covering industry context, product expertise, and core sales methodologies. Lead role-plays and practice sessions to reinforce learning and drive behavior change
Partner closely with Product/Marketing and other cross-functional teams to translate feature capabilities into compelling, customer-centric sales narratives and messaging
Own the enablement strategy for new and existing partnerships, ensuring sales teams are equipped to position, sell, and execute partner-led motions. Develop launch plans, training materials, and internal communications in collaboration with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to drive successful adoption and revenue impact

Required

5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably vertical SaaS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience upleveling enablement material by utilizing AI tools in the market
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Deep expertise in sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC/MEDDIC
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex product features
Demonstrated success in onboarding and ramping up new sales hires
Data-driven approach to measuring the impact of enablement initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Preferred

Experience as a practitioner in audit/advisory/tax
Experience building/developing training at a corporate level
