Responsibilities

Embed wellbeing across the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to manager enablement—ensuring global initiatives in mental, physical, and financial health align with Unity’s Total Rewards strategy

Own the global mental health benefit, including vendor management, utilization tracking, and strategic enhancements

Partner with People Analytics to design survey metrics and analyze program utilization data, using employee feedback and market benchmarking to identify trends and continuously refine global strategies

Serve as the well-being subject-matter expert in forums with Executive Sponsors, HR leadership, and regional Benefits Specialists to ensure programming supports Unity’s annual business objectives

Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, implement, and promote new features, driving employee engagement and ensuring the well-being strategy evolves with business needs

Required

Experience in wellbeing program management, organizational health, benefits strategy, or related roles

Proven ability to design and implement global well-being initiatives and programs, embedding them throughout the employee journey

Strong vendor management skills, with experience working with mental health and financial wellness vendors

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to track program utilization, measure outcomes, survey data, and derive actionable insights from data

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Preferred

Experience working in high-growth, technology-driven organizations

Familiarity with global well-being trends and innovative program design

Interest in developing more profound expertise in mental health and financial wellness strategy
