Responsibilities
Identify all reportable cases through review of source documents and case listings
Code and abstract newly diagnosed cancer cases in line with facility procedures and accreditation standards
Ensure accuracy of diagnostic and treatment data to support high-quality registry outcomes
Work closely with registry team members to support compliance, research, and program development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active ODS-C / CTR (NCRA certified and in good standing)
3+ years of cancer registry / oncology data abstraction experience
Must be based in the U.S
Preferred
California experience
Experience with CNExT
CoC and/or NAPBC accreditation experience
State/FCDS Abstractor Code
VA facility experience
