They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist who will engage with customers through outbound calls, build relationships, and achieve sales targets in a remote role based in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Outbound Sales: Maximize outbound calls and talk time to engage prospective and inactive accounts
Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers
Achieve monthly sales targets using established company sales programs and guided sales calls
Maintain appropriate commission rate on all sales
Provide accurate reporting on sales, account status, call volume, and commission rates
Collaborate with the outside sales team to support account reactivation and resolve conflicts
Utilize all sales tools and software, including Dialsource Denali, to optimize call processes
Participate in ongoing training on products, sales programs, and effective call strategies
Qualification
Required
Has strong communication skills
Is self-motivated with a desire to succeed
Is confident with a strong craving to continuously learn new things
Can stay focused and organized
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Comfortable with cold calling and sales
Comfortable with commission based salary
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Customer Service/and or Sales experience is a huge plus
