Develop and implement strategies across digital platforms to attract high-level professionals and leadership candidates
Conduct structured professional interviews and discovery sessions with applicants (training and systems provided)
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, offering ongoing professional support and leadership training
Participate in weekly leadership and strategy sessions with our international community of experts
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, or Executive Leadership
High-level phone, video conferencing, and interpersonal skills
